Released in 2019, the Breitling Premier B01 Chronograph 42 Bentley Centenary was created to celebrate 100 years of Bentley Motors, and stands as one of the most refined and historically important watches produced during the Breitling–Bentley partnership.

The watch is built on Breitling’s modern Premier platform, a collection revived to emphasize classic proportions, luxury finishing, and everyday wearability. Unlike many earlier Bentley editions that leaned heavily into bold or oversized designs, the Centenary edition focuses on heritage, restraint, and timeless appeal.

The defining feature is the brown burl elm wood dial, inspired by the dashboard veneers used in Bentley’s pre-war automobiles, most notably the legendary 1929 Bentley Blower.
