Craig Husar Fine Diamonds is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Watch Sales Associate to join the Husar Tic Tok Shop—our dedicated space for fine timepieces, pre-owned luxury watches, and horological expertise. This role is ideal for someone who appreciates craftsmanship, understands the luxury customer experience, and enjoys building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in-store customer service focused on luxury watch sales, education, and relationship building

• Confidently present and explain mechanical, automatic, and quartz watches from entry-level to high-end brands

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and trading watches, including pre-owned and collectible timepieces

• Maintain strong product knowledge of brands, movements, materials, complications, and market trends

• Support the intake, merchandising, and presentation of watch inventory

• Accurately document sales, trades, and customer information

• Collaborate with the Craig Husar Fine Diamonds team to ensure a seamless luxury experience

• Assist with social media content, online inquiries, and digital sales opportunities when needed

• Uphold the Husar Tic Tok Shop and Craig Husar Fine Diamonds brand standards at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail, jewelry, watches, or high-end sales preferred

• Strong interest in watches and horology (formal training not required, but passion is essential)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working with high-value merchandise and discerning clientele

• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

• Ability to learn quickly and stay current on watch market trends

• Professional appearance and demeanor
